Lähestymiskielto voidaan ensi vuoden alusta alkaen määrätä myös perheen sisäisissä tapauksissa. Presidentti vahvistaa perjantaina lain, joka mahdollistaa kiellon myös silloin, kun henkilöt asuvat samassa asunnossa. Nykyisin kieltoa ei voida määrätä, jos asianosaiset asuvat yhdessä.
