We are pleased to announce that the third edition of ACTive LEARNing”
Using theatre/drama games and techniques in the classroom to facilitate learning” has been approved and is now on the
Comenius/Grundtvig data base.
The training will once again take place on the island of Hydra in Greece following the popularity of Hydra as our training location in our previous editions.
This year the course is listed as Grundtvig in service training - for adult trainers and professionals working in further education. However please note that even if you are primarily teaching in schools you may still be eligible to apply for a Grundtvig course: – if , apart from your current position in primary/secondary education you teach even minimally in adult education (eg one hour every two weeks/ or have taught some hours in adult or further education in the lastyear ) - you are eligible to apply for this Grundtvig training as long as a person of authority confirms that you are, or have been, involved in adult education.
The course offers a methodology for utilising theatre and drama techniques as didactic tools.
Attached you’ll find the leaflet of the training with all the necessary information regarding the grant and technical details.
Trainers can apply for scholarship to their
National Agency Comenius / Grundtvig and obtain coverage for the costs of participation. The deadline for requesting the scholarship
is April 30th .Please contact me (training@thinkeuropeconsulting.eu) for more information and to pre-register for the course.
